Refund policy
I hope that you are happy with your purchase(s), however, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receipt of your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if it had them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you return your items via tracked or recorded delivery as I cannot accept responsibility for any items items lost in transit. I do not cover the cost of return shipping or packaging.
To arrange a return, please email oliver@snowballfab.co.uk with details of your name order and the item(s) you are returning and I will start the process and provide instructions on how to return the items to me.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, i cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
